Introducing Dr. Erwin!!!

Dr. Erwin was raised as an Army B.R.A.T. and arrived in Texas in 1981. She graduated from the University of Texas – Arlington with a BA in Russian Language & a BS in Biology. She then attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center Fort Worth – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed a transitional year internship, where she discovered that she loved caring for children much more than adults. Thus she completed a residency in pediatrics at Driscoll Children’s Hospital in Corpus Christi.

Dr. Erwin initially came to Nuby Pediatrics as a Locum tenems (fill-in) doctor in 2008. She then returned October 2009 and in October 2011 she officially joined Nuby Pediatrics.

While well-rounded as a general practitioner, Dr. Erwin has a special interest in allergies, ADD/ADHD, newborn/infant/breastfeeding support and dermatology.

Dr. Erwin is married with a teenage daughter & six “furry kids”; 3 cats & 3 dogs. In her free time she enjoys photography, genealogy, reading & tennis.⠀
