Mealtimes Do's and Don't's

Whether you’re a new parent or just lucky enough to have a child with the most sensitive of palates, dealing with a picky eater is no easy feat. So, when your two-year-old informs you they’d like to live off chicken nuggets the rest of their life, have no fear. DO turn off the TV and put away phones
DO plan out 3 meals a day
DO have family meals when possible
DON'T ever force your child to eat
DON'T bribe them with dessert
DON'T allow your children to graze/snack
